No, seriously, I do. This book caught my eye at Third Place Books and I grabbed it. Best decision I’ve made in a while. The book, “I Quit Sugar”, is an eight week program for quitting sugar, plus lots of great recipes and advice.
I’ve just completed week one. My body feels like it’s functioning better, better digestion and not bloated. I’m still craving sugar, but I’m trying to add more healthy fats to my diet to curb it.
Sugar is addicting as a drug, it’s bad for your body, and it gets turned to fat immediately. I’m an addict and I need to quit. So, wish me luck on my journey, I’ll keep you posted.
