At the end of June I will be a bridesmaid. Which also means fitting into the bridesmaid dress. This leads to another situation called: I better get my fat ass a bit slimmer or else. This week I am juicing/and or protein shake drinking in place of two meals. The juice is vegetable heavy, with green apples as the sweetener. Sometimes I throw a carrot or beet in. Next week I will continue this fasting and add in yoga every day. I can’t wait!
